You can subscribe without any strings attached—No contracts, no lock-ins – you stay because you love it, not because you’re stuck.

Are there any set-up fees?

Yes, setup costs will be outlined to you on call (depend on your setup and operation size). We usually charge a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer starting at £197/ month or £1,997/ year (saving you £394, and free for 2 months)

Can I customise the software to suit my brokerage’s circumstances?

Absolutely! What we have provided is the foundation of what all brokers need, should you wish to customise the automations/ and workflows that is completely up to you. It is your software, you can add/ remove, build & manage the way you want to.

Should you want to be completely hand's off and make use of our Done For You (DFY) package, we can understand your needs & circumstances on our onboarding call and can tailor the system to ensure you are maximising the efficiency of your business operations.

Are there any other monthly costs involved besides the subscription?

Your subscription comes with a monthly $5 complimentary credit to help cover usage costs like outbound calls, texts, emails, and review AI. You will only pay usage fees if you exceed your complimentary allowance per month, the following are the other areas of usage cost in the subscription; (all amounts below are in $):
